Parking Lots · Madison, WI
New lot construction, resurfacing, drainage correction, and striping for commercial, retail, church, school, and multi-family properties.
Overview
A parking lot is a drainage structure that happens to hold cars. Get the slope wrong and you have standing water, ice sheets in January, and a base that starts failing from underneath within two seasons. We design lots around where water needs to go first, then build the structural section to match the traffic that will actually use it, with heavier sections at drive lanes, dumpster pads, and delivery approaches where the loads concentrate.

Questions
It depends on lot dimensions, drive aisle widths, and required ADA count. We can lay out 90 degree, 60 degree, or angled configurations and show you the stall count for each before you decide.
Every two to three years for most commercial lots, more often for high-traffic or heavy-truck sites. It is the cheapest thing you can do to delay a resurface.
Often yes. If 80 percent of the lot is sound, full-depth repair on the failed areas plus a sealcoat is far cheaper than a full resurface, and we will tell you when that is the smarter spend.
