Commercial Paving · Madison, WI
Paving for retail centers, industrial sites, medical and office campuses, churches, and multi-unit properties, phased so you keep operating.
Overview
On a commercial site, the paving is rarely the hard part. The scheduling is. You have customers arriving, deliveries backing in, tenants who need access, and often an ADA layout that has to stay compliant throughout. We plan commercial paving in phases with a written sequence, so you know exactly which sections are closed on which days and what the access route is. Nights and weekends are on the table when that is what keeps your doors open.

Questions
Yes. Night and weekend phasing is common on retail and medical sites. It costs a bit more in labor but usually costs far less than lost business days.
We lay out stalls, access aisles, and ramp transitions to meet current ADA requirements. If your existing layout is out of compliance, we will flag it in the proposal.
Most phases reopen to traffic within 24 to 72 hours of paving depending on temperature. The phasing plan spells out each closure window in advance.
